Who Can Run a Fundraising Wine Drive?
Our Wine Drive fundraising system has been supporting charity
fund raisers, good causes, sports teams (or even an individual
sports person), hobby clubs, schools, kindergarten, preschool
and child care centres, and other not-for-profit fundraising
projects for more than 7 years.
We require no upfront payment, and limited time and effort
to set up a Wine Drive. We prepare your Order Forms, Tasting
Notes and process orders and payments. You promote the Wine
Drive over a 1 to 3 month period. We repay the total profit
made - usually between $250 and $2,500, depending on how much
wine is sold.
In 2011, Christine Ayres School of
Irish Dancing ran 2 Fundraising Wine Drives
during
the year, with an excellent result - they made a combined
total of over $2,300.00!

How It Works - Setting Up a Fundraising Wine Drive
- You fill in the Enquiry
Form to receive our Fundraising Information Pack.
- You choose up to
six wines, and one
mixed dozen of these wines, from our selected Fundraising
Wine range in the Information Pack.
- You set your "sell-for"
prices, by the bottle and by the dozen. Your sell-for
prices include your profit margin. (We have suggested
sell-for pricing, but you can set these as high or
low as you like.) For example, for our Barossa
Valley Chardonnay, you could make $5.50 profit per
bottle, or $60.00 per dozen. Profit margins usually
range from $3 to $7 per bottle, and $30 to $70 per
dozen.
- We provide a customised
Wine Order Form for your fundraiser, including wine
Tasting Notes, prices, and payment details for credit
card, cheque or money order.
- We design a free
customised
fundraiser label, using your logo or related fundraiser
image and text provided by you.*
- You distribute the
order forms and collect orders* and payments by a
set closing date. *A minimum order of 6 dozen in total
(of all wines combined) is required.
- We process all orders
and payments, despatch your labelled wine to one delivery
point, and pay your profit total into your fundraiser
bank account.
In 2011, Christine Ayres School of Irish Dancing
ran 2 drives during the year, for a combined total
of over $2,300.00!

Fundraising Wines
We offer you a range of red, white, sparkling and fortified
wines, selected by our independent wine adviser. You can choose
up to 6 wines, plus a mixed dozen of your selected wines.
There is a minimum order requirement of 6 dozen in total,
e.g. of all wine orders combined.

Fund Raising Ideas
A Fundraising Wine Drive can raise much-needed funds
for your club, charity, sporting team (or even an individual
sports person) - basically any not-for-profit organisation.
It's fund raising made simple - see how
it works above.
Note: Wine is an adult product.
We do not encourage the involvement of children and young
people under the age of 18 years in promoting or distributing
wine.
Wine is a great fundraising idea that offers exceptionally
good fundraising returns - between $250 to $2,500 in profit.
Fundraiser wines with your own fundraising wine label are
an excellent product to commemorate a special fundraiser event
or as an ongoing fundraising idea.
You may like to buy a few dozen wine and run a Wine Tasting
event to promote sales. Some organisations run our wine
drive over several months, at a variety of events, to maximise
the funds raised. In 2011, Christine Ayres School of Irish

a combined total of over $2,300.00!

The VNPA Valkyries are an Oxfam Trailwalker Team, raising
money for their chosen cause, the Victorian National Parks
Association. In October and November 2010, the ran a Fundraising
Wine Drive, and sold over 200 bottles of wine, and made over
$1,100 in profit!

Lisa from Sydney participated in The Rickshaw Run, to raise
money for her pet projects, Frank Water Projects and The British
Heart Foundation. She sold over 100 bottles of wine, and made
almost $500 in profit!

Our fundraiser Narda raised money for her daughter, who was
selected for the Australian 15-year-old Girls Vikings Futsal
Team tour to the UK in April 2012. The Wine Drive Fundraiser
helped Narda raise over $500.00!
